Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE THESE DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND/OR YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE LONGER/BE DELAYED DUE TO LOCAL RESTRICTIONS AND DISRUPTION.
Shipping/Dispatch
Items will be dispatched within 1-7 working days of the order being placed.
During busy periods/sales dispatch times may be longer.
Custom orders are also welcome and turn around times will be advised when an order is placed.
All items will be sent via a first class service, usually Royal Mail.
UK orders delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.
Europe orders delivery is usually within 7 working days.
Rest of World orders delivery is usually within 7-10 working days.
Every effort will be made to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition however when an order is posted it is then out of my hands as to how it is handled and the speed at which is it processed and progresses through the mail system.
Missing/Undelivered Items
U.K mainland: If your item does not arrive within estimated delivery times please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive, if there is no sign of it please contact me at bycharlieshand@gmail.com and I will endeavor to find where your parcel is and advise on the following steps. If your order is lost and a period of waiting to allow for postal delays has elapsed I will offer the option of a replacement or refund.
International Orders: If your item does not arrive within estimated delivery times, please allow 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (rest of world) for your order to arrive, if there is no sign of it please contact me at bycharlieshand@gmail.com and I will endeavor to find where your parcel is and advise on the following steps. If your order is lost and a period of waiting to allow for postal delays has elapsed I will offer the option of a replacement or refund.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal in instances where the seal is broken.
Damaged Items
If in unfortunate circumstances your order arrives damaged please contact me at bycharlieshand@gmail.com and I will do my best to discuss an option that will be satisfactory for both parties depending on the damage.
